1. All orders made through Mbali, You Pay, send her your proof of payment together with your delivery address and type of container you want (Squeeze or Tub)

2. We need 48 hours to prepare your order before we can courier it. We will only prepare your order once your payments have reflected so it always wise to pay and clear.

3. Our courier schedule is as follows.

               -The courier guy (delivery takes 3-5     

                 days after we have couriered),

dispatched 24-48 hours after order payment is received.

               -Paxi points (delivery takes 3-5     

                 days after we have couriered)

dispatched 24-48 hours after order payment is received   

4. Collections are done 48 hours after payment has reflected.

5. No collections or dispatching is done on weekends and public holidays. You can only make place your order.
